Nak cuba movieoke?

Remember the scene from The Godfather, when Don Corleone is talking to the man who asked the boss for a favor? And Robert De Niro's "Are you talkin' to me?" scene in Taxi Driver?
These are some of the most favorite scenes in films, that many have acted out in many different places and time. Starting some years ago, in New York City, a new form of entertainment has started to become quite popular, called movieoke. It's like that annoying thing known as karaoke, but for movies.
Here are some links on movieoke: Movieoke faq, a news article from February 2004 and another story from March 2004. There was also an article on movieoke, that I found very interesting, published in the U.K.'s The Independent last year. I think the title was You Acting At Me, Punk? Can't seem to find it today.
Some favorites that I have attempted with friends: Futurama, Pulp Fiction, Family Guy (Stewie), Azura, Ali Setan and Austin Powers. And sometimes, Mean Girls.

Perhaps a Malaysian chapter of Movieoke?
But then again do we in Malaysia have a large movie fan base?

Sure, but I think this should only be done in the comfort of our own home. Because you don't want people to see you doing Lindsay Lohan.
